Millet grains (1, 2, 5, 10 or 20kg)
Instructions:
Measure the desired amount of millet according to your mushroom cultivation recipe.
Rinse the millet thoroughly under cold water to remove any debris or dust.
Place the rinsed millet in mason jars, weighing 300ml millet, 215ml water, place the lid on.
Place mason jars in the pressure cooker.
Add water to the pressure cooker.
Securely close the pressure cooker lid and let it pc at 15 PSI.Turn on the heat and bring the pressure cooker to full pressure. Once it reaches full pressure, reduce the heat to maintain pressure and start the cooking time.Cook the millet under pressure for about 2.5 hours. Cooking times may vary depending on your pressure cooker and the quantity of millet being cooked. After the cooking time is complete, turn off the heat and allow the pressure to release naturally. Do not force the pressure release. Once the pressure is fully released and it's safe to open the pressure cooker, carefully remove the lid.
