Your bags are made to order; please allow 2 to 3 days of handling time.
We recommend that the bags are used as soon as possible to minimise the chances of contamination.

Instructions: How to Use Your All-in-One Kit

Step 1: Preparation

• Sanitise: Clean your workspace thoroughly with 70% isopropyl alcohol.

• Prepare: For 1st time use of sterile needle, attach onto syringe (no need to flame sterilise). For each inoculation, flame-sterilise the needle of your liquid culture syringe until it glows red, then let it cool for 30 seconds.

Step 2: Inoculation

• Wipe the injection port on your grow bag with an alcohol prep pad.

• Insert the needle through the port and inject 5–10ml of your liquid culture.

• Remove the needle and place the bag in a clean, dark area at a stable temperature (ideally 21°C – 24°C).

Step 3: Colonisation

• Wait for the white mycelium to colonise the grain layer (usually 2–4 weeks).

• Once the grains are significantly white, you can gently break and mix the contents to speed up the process.

Step 4: Fruiting

• Once the bag is fully white and firm, move it to a location with indirect sunlight and slightly lower temperatures.

• Cut small slits in the top of the bag to allow for airflow, or follow your specific strain's fruiting requirements. Keep the area humid until harvest!
